The Full Production Journey of Medical Gauze Swabs

Made of premium natural long-staple cotton, our medical gauze swabs are produced through spinning, plain weaving, full degreasing and oxygen bleaching in dust-free workshops. Jumbo gauze rolls are precisely slit, cut and folded to hide rough edges, then individually sealed and sterilized with ethylene oxide. After a long aeration period and strict sterility inspection, the finished gauze swabs are safe, highly absorbent, lint-free and ideal for wound cleaning and dressing in medical scenarios.

From raw cotton fields to wound dressing stations in hospitals, every piece of sterile medical gauze swab undergoes dozens of standardized production procedures under medical device regulations. The whole manufacturing cycle takes nearly 100 days.
